Photos: Lawmaker takes a break after scaling fence...lol

Hon. Kawu Sumaila pictured right taking a break after jumping the fence at the Assembly ground yesterday and charging around during yesterday's commotion at the House Chamber. He later took off his suit to rest, looking quite exhausted. Lol.
