A
woman took revenge too far after she sent n*ked photos of herself and a
female friend having threesome with another man to the girl's
boyfriend.
Stringfellow admitted sharing the naked photos and videos of her friend
In order to make her friend's boyfriend angry, a teenager sent
pictures of herself and her friend having a threesome with another man
to her friend's boyfriend, a court has heard.
The girl who had had a row with her female friend had wanted to
humiliate and disgrace her. It was gathered that the girl identified as
Abigail Stringfellow had used her mobile phone to take pictures of the
encounter. She then sent them as so-called 'revenge porn' to her
friend's partner after a row about a coat.
19-year-old Stringfellow has now confessed disclosing private
sexual photographs and films with intent to cause distress and faces a
potential jail term.
The court heard Stringfellow, from Northern Moor, Manchester, sent
two videos of her former friend having sex with the unknown man and
another image of the woman in her underwear.
The victim, who cannot be named for legal reasons, later received
an angry phone call from her boyfriend, who she claims assaulted her. He
is currently awaiting trial.
In a statement, the girl said: 'Abigail's actions have
destroyed my life. She has humiliated me embarrassed me and brought
about the end of my relationship. I hate her for what she has done. I
want her to know what her actions have led to.'
Prosecutor Laura Taylor said: 'The victim was 17 at the time of the incident and had engaged in a sexual encounter with the defendant and an unknown male.
'The engagement in sexual activity was consensual and the
defendant filmed it on her iPhone. After this took place the complainant
asked the defendant to delete the recording - but she refused.
'On April 20, the defendant and the victim had a disagreement
and after this the victim received a number of phone calls to her place
of work from her then partner.'
Stringfellow will be sentenced at a later date. The offence carries a maximum two year prison term.
