A notorious car thief has finally been caught after he came all the way from Imo state to steal a car in Umuahia, Abia state.

An alleged car thief who stole a Toyota Camry in Umuahia, Abia state has been arrested and paraded by the dreaded Bakassi boys, a vigilante group in the state.

 

The unidentified thief was beaten and tied to an iron gate for people to see. The incident happened on Tuesday, 15th November, 2016.

 

He was said to have come all the way from Owerri to steal a car in Umuahia before his luck ran out. The incident happened at the popular Okpara Square in Umuahia.
