Associate Director - Procurement and Contract Management Services
The Associate Director - Procurement and Contract Management Services, will provide leadership and management for FHI 360 Nigeria's programs and projects in procurement and purchasing and grants and contracting, including contracts wtth consortium partners and agreements wtth funders and sub agreements management with implementing agencies. SlHe will provide overall management, guidance and coordination of contract and grant activities, including oversight management and control of grant staff as well as contract negotiation, reporting and monttonng of implementing agencies as well as taking the lead in the interpretation of funding regUlations to ensure that all FHI 360 Nigeria policies and procedures and Federal Government and other Funder procurement and contracting requirements are met for sutragreement and subcontracting activities.

Minimum Recruitment Standards:
  • BSc in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting or relevant field and a mmimum of 9 years relevant experience with at least 5 years in international development programs.
  • or MSc in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting or relevant field and a minimum of 7 years relevant experience with at least 5 years in intemational development programs.
  • Demonstrated success in multicultural environments is required.
  • Experience and good working knowledge of USAID contracting and procurement regulations is required.

Associate Director - Compliance
The Associate Director - Compliance, will work under the direction of the Country Director to ensure compliance with FHI 360 and funder policies and procedures and the management and reduction of general risk to the organization SlHe will carry out Independent appraisals of the effectiveness of policies, procedures and standards by which FHI 36O's financial resources are managed and will also review and evaluate the effectiveness and effiCiency of operations, reliabil~ of financial reporting, compliance with applicable laws and the safeguard of assets. SlHe will plan, perform and report back on intemal audits to ensure that financial control, finanCIal guidelines of funder organizations and other control procedures in purchasing, procurement and contracting are in place and are being properly implemented and managed within FHI 360 Nigeria's offices.

Minimum Recruitment Standards:
  • BSc in accounting or finance wtth 9-11 years relevant experience with intemational development programs that includes 3-5 years of supervisory experience in intemal control functions
  • Or MSc in accounting or finance or related field with 7-9 years relevant experience wtth intemational development programs and includes 3-5 years of supervisory experience in intemal control function
  • Experience in accounting and accounting principles sufficient to prepare complex and detailed financial and budgetary analyses
  • Experience in finanCIal reporting, and financial management systems applications
  • Familiarity wtth USAID or similar donor-funded programs is required
  • CPA. ACA, or other relevant professional qualification is required
  • Overseas intemal control experience is an advantage
Technical Officer - Clinical Services
The Technical Officer - Clinical Services will provide technical and programmatic support to implement high qualtty care and support activities with primary focus on clinical management of HIV/AIDS, Prevention of Mother to Child Transmission of HIV/AIDS, Reproductive Health/Family Planning (RHIFP), TB and integrated medical services at the state level.

Minimum Recruitment Standards:
  • MBBS with 1 to 3 years relevant experience in clinical care wtth a sound understanding of HIV/AIDS with provision of PMTCT and anti-retroviral therapy (ART) in resource constrained settings.
  • Possession of an MPH or post graduate degree in a related field is required.
  • Familiarity with Nigerian public sector heanh systems and NGOs and CBOs is desirable.
Technical Officer - Logistics
The Technical Officer - Logistics will assist the Senior Technical officer Logistics in the development of FHI360 in-house capacity among the various departments, implementing agencies (IAs) and all tiers of govemment in all aspects of logistics and supply chain management of hea~ commodities. S/he will pro- vide technical support and leadership to Nigeria's efforts to strengthen the procurement and supply chain management system of health commodities using evidence based data from the Logistics management information system, to reduce stock-outs, lower costs and eliminate wastage.

Minimum Recruitment Standards:
  • MPH or MSc. in relevant degree with at least 3-5 years post NYSC experience with at least 1 year ex-perience in managing a PSM cycle, including rational health commodities selection, forecasting/quantification, quality assurance spanning the PSM cycle, warehousing/storage, distribution, and LMIS.
  • Or B Pharm, BSc in Logistics, Pharmacy, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or any relevant field wtth 5 to 7 years post NYSC experience managing a PSM cycle, including rational heaHh commodities selection, forecaSting /quantiflCation, qual~ assurance spanning the PSM cycle, warehousing/storage, distribution, and LMIS.
  • Familiarity wtth Nigerian public sector health system and NGOs and CBOs is desirable
